An extra special treat for you and a £5 boost for our farmers
We've got a special treat on the menu this week, and for each bag you treat yourself to, we'll add £5 to our fundraising total to support Kenyan farmers.
As we highlighted in our last newsletter, we're showcasing Kenyan coffees between May and August. As part of this, in June our Voyager subscribers will receive the anaerobic natural coffee sourced from Terrani Mokka, whose team Mark had the pleasure of meeting during the big trip to Kenya in February. He's pictured here with Isaac, Fatma, Ari, Luvi and Shushani, from the team.
The really exciting news, especially for our non-subscription customers, is that we've got a small amount of this Kenya - Migori coffee left over and it's available to buy now.
This coffee is extremely rare as most coffee production in Kenya follows the washed process rather than the natural process, and the anaerobic natural process is even less common.
It's also the only chance you'll have to buy this coffee in the UK as we are the only UK roastery to have secured it. So if you fancy getting your hands on a bag, you'll need to get it before our limited stock runs out.
And, in support of our fundraising efforts to support Kenyan coffee growers, we'll donate £5 for every one-off purchase of this amazing coffee. This money will go towards helping Lot20 buy some new prototype fabricated drying racks to save them having to regularly replace their existing wooden ones.
Check out the coffee now if you fancy treating yourself. It truly is a very special coffee.
