Notes: Full body dark roast with flavour. Dark Chocolate, nuts with smooth all round finish.. Low acidity.

Origins: Uganda 35%, Brazil 30% & Mexico 35%
Varietal: S14, Yellow Bourbon & Canephora
Altitude: 1,000-2000 MASL 
Process: Natural & Washed process

Named after our new premises the Haig Mines, Whitehaven. We have been doing this blend for a while for white label (private label) & for those who like dark roast coffee with full flavours. We hope you like this as much as us.

A very pleasant coffee, easy to drink and enjoy anytime, however still prefer the Monsoon Malabar but will no doubt drink more Mines!
